When renting with The One Night Stand Rental, you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions policy.

 

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

Payments are to be made in full before receiving the garment.

Refunds will not be offered after you have received the garment.
Regardless of whether the item does not fit or you decide to not wear the garment. Therefore we recommend trying on beforehand or making sure you're 100% happy with your decision to rent.

Depending on circumstances you may be offered a store credit.

 

TRY ONS

Try-ons are available in Wanganui and run for 30 minutes (per booking).
A booking must first be arranged through Instagram DM, where we will also list available try on days and times throughout the week.

There is a try on fee of $10. This is a non-refundable fee however, the $10 will come off your final rental price when you rent a garment you have tried on. If you need to cancel a try on please let us know 12 hours prior otherwise you will not be refunded your try on fee.

You are welcome to bring friends along for a second opinion as well, the more the merrier! However, if you would like to come along and try in a bigger group we highly recommend booking a double slot (1 hour long try on) to allow you more time to try on all our stunning pieces.

 

POSTAGE & RETURNS

The garment will be sent in an overnight, tracked courier bag. This bag will contain the garment, a card with care and return information, as well as a prepaid return courier bag.

All returns must be made the following business day to a New Zealand Post Office no later than 4pm (not a dairy, drop box, or gas station as these cause postal delays). We will be checking to make sure tracking has been scanned.

Drop-offs must also be returned the following business day, no later than 6pm, to our dropbox.

All this information will be written on your care and return cards received with your garment.

 

LATE FEES

A late fee of $10 per day will be charged to your account if you fail to return the garment on time. If you run into an issue with returning the garment please get in contact with us straight away to avoid fees.
This is due to turn around with preparing the garment for the next customer.

 

COVID

If you have booked a garment that clashes with isolation periods or are unable to attend due to covid restrictions a store credit will be issued. No refunds will be given.

COVID19 cancellations result in a full store credit that will not expire.

 

CARING FOR OUR GARMENTS

If you are fake tanning, please make sure this is done at least one day before wearing the garment. If the tan has not been completely washed off it stains the dresses.

Please avoid instant tans that you do not wash off as this transfers and stains the garment.

Please do not spray perfume directly on the garment as this can lead to discolouration.
